1. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across Malaysia, including:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier efficiency, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical delays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is available for orders over RM100 (after discounts, excluding delivery charges).

  • For orders below RM100, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your parcel is dispatched.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect recipient details

  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this to track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

8. Delivery Issues or Damages

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review and assist accordingly.
