After the 12-hour window, we begin processing and packing your order. Cancellations will no longer be accepted once processing has started. -
Custom or Seasonal Gift Sets
Orders for customised or seasonal gift sets may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed, as these items are made to order.

If your cancellation request is accepted within the allowed time frame:
